Grilled Swordfish Sandwich

What you will need

  • 4 (8 ounce) pieces Swordfish
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
  • 4 toasted kaiser rolls
  • 1 sliced beefsteak tomato
  • 1 pkg spring mix

How to prepare it

Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and Italian Seasoning in a stainless steel bowl.
Add swordfish, cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Heat your grill to medium-high and grill swordfish for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Toast kaiser rolls on grill, butter if desired.
Top rolls with swordfish, tomatoes, spring mix, and capers.
Be sure to discard the leftover marinade.
